I've got a "roasted vegatable pasta" that's delicious, super easy and makes a lot of food for cheap. You can add chicken too. If it's not on this website it's on my personal blog... vestlife.blogspot.com, under "Recipes"
I like to make Swedish meatballs, because everything can easily be put in glad ware and left (and no returning required)! They are super easy and yummy, next time I make them I will take photos and give the recipe!
