My name is Ashleigh, and I have been married to my love, Randy Belliston, for four years. We are expecting a baby at the end of the year, so food isn't a friend right now. Give me a few more weeks, and I might think about food differently. I do enjoy cooking though (when I am not pregnant) and love to come across new recipes. This blog is great for that!

I work full time as a Software QA Engineer for a company called XanGo, so quick and yummy recipes are my favorite!
