These are my favorite summer treat! They're super easy too.
1 bunch scallions
little bit of Olive Oil
1. Wash the green onions and dry
2. Brush with olive oil so they don't scorch
3. Set on the upper rack of your grill and set the heat to medium
4. Give them 5-10 minutes... you'll want the bulb to be soft... that's when you know they're done.

I have no idea what a scallion even is!
Pretty much a green onion, just fatter :) I tried these tonight and YUM.
