The best dough ever!

This is the best recipe for bread, pizza, dinner braids, rolls you name it. It is also very easy and you don't have to have it rise as long as other recipes.

Makes 2 loaves:
5 1/2 cups white unbleached bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp liquid lecitin (you can get it at any kitchen store), or 1/2 cup veggi oil
2 cups hot tap water

Mix dry ingredients. Add lecithin and water and mix for 5-10 minutes. Spray counter and pans with Pam. For bread and rolls, shape the dough, then have it rise for 25-45 minutes.
***For Pizza dough, I like to make mine a cheesy crust by getting string cheese and lining the edge of the pizza, then covering it with dough.
