Sugar Cookies

I love this recipe for sugar cookies because it doesn't require you to refridgerate the dough.

Mix together and set aside:

2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powerder
Then, mix until smooth:

1 Cup butter
1 1/2 Cups white sugar

Then add:

1 egg
1 tsp. vanila extract

Mix with the flour mixture, and roll into balls and put them on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes

Frosting:

1 Cup confectioners' sugar

2 tsp milk

2 tsp light corn syrup

1/4 tsp vanila extract

You can serve plain, and it is just as good too!
