My cuisinart or bench scraper
Man, too many to list..I have to agree on the bench scraper! I also love my apple corer/slicer (the one you press down and it slices adn cores) makes serving apples to my kids so much easier!

Okay, really, my favorite tools are my silicone Orka mitts (from Williams & Sonoma)
My fav. is also the apple slicer. It makes eating apples so much easier and faster. I also would have to add our grill. I love being able to just go outside and grill.YUMMY!
I have one of those non-stick skillets from Pampered Chef that I use ALL THE TIME for EVERYTHING.
