  1. Hope it's okay that I am commenting. This is Nick's mom cheese ball recipe that is really simple: 2 8oz pkg cream cheese, 4 oz blue cheese, 1 stick margrine, 1 can olives chopped, 4 green onions chopped. Beat together. Add green onions and olives last so they stay chunky. Chill overnight, make into two balls (or more) and roll in chopped walnuts.

  3. Usually Townhouse (is that what they are called), Wheat thins or Ritz

  4. I have one! Just found your blog this morning, and I do have a cheeseball recipe that I've used. 1 pkg. cream cheese, 8 ounces shredded cheddar, 2 cloves garlic, pressed. This is MASSIVELY basic, and you can add pretty much whatever you want to it to flavor it (fresh herbs, garlic, blue cheese, etc). All I do is beat the cream cheese until soft, add in 1/2 the cheddar and the garlic, and combine. Then I roll the cheeseball in the rest of the cheddar. I eyeball most of it. Enjoy!

  5. The most simple and delicious cheese ball. 2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1jar armour beef, 3 chopped green onions. Mix altogether and form into ball. I like to roll mine in chopped pecans before serving.
