This is a great recipie that I make any time we have a special event. (Like Christmas and Easter.) It is so tasty!
Butterscotch Bundt Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
18 frozen dinner rolls (Rhoads is great.)
1 package (3 0z) butterscotch pudding (NOT INSTANT!)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional-I never put nuts in anything!)
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange frozen rolls in a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle pudding, brown sugar, and pecans over rolls. Drizzle butter over all. Cover pan with a dishtowel, plastic wrap, or waxed paper. (I use a dishtowel with a paper towel underneath. This thing really rises!) Let rise at room temp. over night. (or about 12 hours) Remove dishtowel. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min. (That is what the recipie I have says, but I have to cook them for about 50 min. Don't ask my why, but 25 min. is not enough time-unless you want butterscotch dough. Just watch it closely. So it doesn't burn, make sure that you cover it with foil.) Cool 5-10 min. before inverting to a serving plate. (I use a pizza pan.) Serve warm.

I have a similar recipe that calls for instant pudding. I'll have to try yours out!
