Pizza Pockets
a.k.a. Calzone...but we're from Utah, so we have to use a title that describes the food ;)

3/4 c. warm water
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Dani's Pizza Sauce
Desired Pizza Toppings
Desired Pizza Toppings
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add in sugar, salt, vegetable oil, then stir in flour. Knead until elastic.
2. Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll out each to about 1/8 in. thickness.

3. Spoon Dani's Pizza Sauce over half the dough circle, leaving 1/2 inch around the edge. Add desired toppings.


6. Brush dough with a lightly beaten egg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
For Mummy Pizza Pockets...
Spoon sauce and add toppings in the middle of the dough circle.
